RACES (Rape Advocacy, Counseling & Education Services) seeks a Coordinator of Clinical Counseling Services to both provide trauma therapy to survivors of sexual violence and to supervise the activities four full-time trauma therapists. The Clinical Counseling Coordinator conducts therapy with approximately 12 clients who have experienced sexual violence, provides regular staff support and program management, and coordinates meetings with an experienced outside clinical consultant. Successful candidates will have at least two years of full-time experience as a therapist. Requires excellent communication skills, ability to work with a diverse population, and a team-focused orientation. Requires a master's degree in social work, counseling or related field; LCSW or LCPC preferred. Supervisory experience a plus. Salary commensurate with experience and licensure; minimum salary is $45,000 for a 37.5 hour work week.
