The Complex Coordinator is responsible for the leadership, management and coordination of three apartment communities (1120 units), housing approximately 2500 residents from over 70 countries, primarily graduate students and their families. The Complex Coordinator administers the residential curriculum that includes community development activities, learning opportunities, emergency/crisis response, supervision of staff, and facility related issues within the residential community. The Complex Coordinator provides direction in meeting the diverse needs of the residents which include domestic and international students and their families, visiting scholars, faculty, and staff. Through coordination with professional and paraprofessional staff and by working directly with residents, the Complex Coordinator ensures that services and the living environment meet the daily needs and mission of the community.
