POSITION SUMMARY: Handles all phases of deposit operations by conducting deposit transactions for all banking accounts, answer phone calls, use different computer software, helping with balance procedure and keeping records for auditing purposes in a timely manner. This position requires extensive record keeping, data entry and some customer interaction and general operations.


Processing deposits 2.

Balance invoice receipts 3.

Manage and resolve all customer requests inquiries and any problems either in person or over the phone 4.

Maintain accurate records for balance procedure and audit 5.

Data Entry to LOCIS software 6.

Compliance with all policies 7.

Word and Excel 8.

Perform other duties as assigned.


1. To work diligently on any projects knowledge of appropriate government regulations and operations 2.

Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality in daily operations and interactions with customers 3.

Must have the ability to accurately handle transac tions and work effectively in a team setting 4. At least one year of computer data entry, word and excel WORKING CONDITIONS: 1.

Normal office environment 2.

Extended viewing of computer screens 3.

Moderate lifting up to 25 Pounds 4.
